Laura has always had a passion for helping people get well. She started her career in the fitness industry, later moved into the nutrition field, and now takes a holistic approach to health. She believes that optimal health is possible when you go after the root-cause and provide the body with the right tools to heal.

Laura’s own personal journey to regain her health gave her the experience to be able to support her clients with love and compassion. She shares her passion for health and life through Public Speaking, Transformation Programs, and Nutrition Response Testing.

Laura is an avid runner, loves being outside, walking her pug Loki, relaxing in the pool, downhill skiing in the winter, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
